How can I customise my chatbot?
Yes, Not Enought Time offers extensive customisation options for your chatbot. You can personalise the welcome message, bot avatar, colours, and more. We also provide the option to customise the personality and tone of the bot to match your brand's voice.
Does Not Enough Time store chat history for me?
Yes, we securely store your chat history. You can access all chat interactions in the History section of your bot control panel. You can also export your conversations or have them emailed to you as they come in.
What type of content can I use to train my chatbot?
Not Enough Time supports a wide range of content types. Our built-in crawler can quickly navigate through your entire website and extract all text content. We currently support importing of text, sitemaps, PDF, DOC, DOCX, CSV, XLS files, Sitemaps, Google Sheets and YouTube video URLs.
Does the chatbot support multiple languages?
Yes, the chatbot supports 95 languages, allowing it to assist chatbot users in their preferred language automatically.
Can I create different Chatbots for different purposes such as Support, Sales, Research etc?
Yes you can. We give you the ability to create a prompt for each chatbot to fine tune it for your specific needs and requirements. You can effectively create bots with different personas for different roles.
Can I install a chatbot on multiple Websites?
Yes you can! Each chatbot can also be dealing with multiple conversations at once too. 😱
Do you make regular updates and improvements to the platform?
Yes we do, almost daily. We also invite our valued users to suggest and vote for new features.

Yes we do! In fact, we have a free plan (Free) that allows up to 50 messages a month.

Is Not Enough Time GDPR compliant?

Is my private uploaded data being used to train Open AI?
No, it is not. We connect to Open AI via it's API service, and as such, your data is not being used to train the Large Language Model. Read more about it here.
Can I train by chatbot on multiple websites?
Yes you can. You can see the maximum amount of pages allowed per website in our chatbot pricing plans.
Do you have a live chat feature so a human can take over the conversation?
Yes, we do! If the chatbot is unable to answer a question, your bot can ask the user if they would like to speak to a human. As the chatbot owner, you will receive a notification and can take over the conversation. This feature is currently only available on the business plan and above.
